Peninsula Personnel is a privately owned boutique agency that was established in March 1995. Lisa & her team have been placing local people in local permanent, part-time, contract and On-Hire Casual (Temp) roles ever since. Most of our Clients have been with us from those early days with a few new ones picked up along the way, our temps have worked with us on and off for numerous years – many have certificates for 5 years + service to Peninsula Personnel.
Likewise our permanent candidates, many of whom over the years we have been fortunate to place a couple of times or they become our Clients. Referrals alone would account for 90% of our database.
Collectively we have over 40 years + recruitment experience and we are your local experts and are here to help. All of our staff live locally and work as a team to collaboratively deliver all your recruitment needs quickly, professionally and with a minimum of fuss.
Something that also sets us apart is that we don’t work on commission & we love what we do.
We are also extremely community minded; Lisa the Director was on the Board of Bendigo Bank in Freshwater for a number of years assisting the bank get established when all the “big banks” closed shop. As a Company we support many local organisations such as: The Manly Sea Eagles, the Pub 2 Pub Fun Run/Walk for Brookvale Rotary, Steptember for The Cerebral Palsy Alliance, we guest speak at local high schools to year 10 students and help them prepare their resumes and themselves for interviews for their first jobs and take on a number of year 10 -12 students for work experience annually. We also nationally support The Cancer Council’s “Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea” by hosting an annual morning tea each May & raise approximately $2,000.
Peninsula Personnel and all the recruiting staff are members of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA) while Lisa is a Fellow of this governing body.
